At Mason Garments, we strive for perfection in every pair, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and luxury packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the footwear in its original Mason Garments box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality control team inspects the goods.
